On 5/09/2023 the Association of Computer Engineers (ASCE) club at Jagadambha College of Engineering and Technology, Yavatmal organized a vibrant and memorable celebration in honor of Teacher’s Day.

Teacher day program was inaugurated by lamplighting with the hands of Dr. H. M. Bardkar, Principal and other distinguished guests Dr. V. L. Bhambere , HoD Mechanical Department, Prof. P. D. Thakare HoD Computer Engineering Department, Prof. R. V. Deshmukh.

Dr. Shital Watile Secretary, JBGVS  guided students and talked about the importance of Teacher day.

The program was conducted under the guidance of ASCE incharge Prof. S. P. Chinte. Mr Shripad Khorgade, ASCE President, Mr. Shashikant Mutkule and Ms. Yashashri Gayaki took efforts for a successful conduction program.

Objectives of Program:

  1. Express gratitude and appreciation to the teaching staff for their dedication and contributions to the academic and personal growth of students.
  2. Foster a sense of camaraderie and goodwill among students and faculty members.
  3. Provide an opportunity for students to showcase their talents and creativity in expressing their gratitude towards their teachers.

Activities Conducted:

  1. Cultural Performances: The event kicked off with a series of cultural performances, including music, dance, poetry recitations, and skits, presented by students. These performances were dedicated to the teaching staff as a token of appreciation for their guidance and support.
  2. Speeches and Tributes: ASCE club members delivered heartfelt speeches expressing gratitude towards the teaching staff and highlighting the impact of their mentorship on their academic and personal development. Students also shared personal anecdotes and stories to demonstrate the positive influence of their teachers.
  3. Gifts and Tokens of Appreciation: The ASCE club organized a gift-giving ceremony where students presented personalized gifts, cards, and flowers to their teachers as a gesture of appreciation for their hard work and dedication.
  4. Interactive Sessions: Informal interactive sessions were organized where students and teachers could engage in conversations, share experiences, and strengthen their bonds outside the classroom environment.
  5. Refreshments: Refreshments were served throughout the event, providing an opportunity for students and teachers to socialize and mingle in a relaxed atmosphere.
