The current role of IP Cell includes the following, which may be revised from time to time.
(a) To Organize of IP awareness programs in campus.
(b) Organizing SC (Standing Committee) meetings IPR in co‐ordination with incubation centreR&D.
(d) Periodic review of IP cases (filed/granted applications) for better growth.
(e) To Guide faculty/students/project staff/ supporting staff/visitors in all IPR application activities.
(f) To coordinate with the inventor(s) to proactively, identify third parties for development and commercialization of IP.
(g) Protect and take care of all IPR documents
To lay down a transparent administration system for the ownership and control of intellectual properties and sharing of the revenues generated and owned by Jagadambha College of Engineering & Technology.
It shares a global perception of practices related to intellectual property retaining national identity and local constraints, avoiding as far as possible ‘conflict’ of opposing interests,
